My name is Mark. I’m contacting you because I noticed that you tweeted one of my favorite articles,"9 things I wish people understood about anxiety". That is such a great post.
I was hearing from my readers that they wanted something more in depth about the topic so I went ahead and created this post: http://wp.me/p6bNAS-K
It gives practical steps to get over anxieties.
If you have time I’d love for you to check it out, and if you like it, it would be awesome if you could share it or maybe leave a comment.

One step at a time, one day at a time positive thinking, self help books, the wisdom books of all religions place you at the door knocking-all these good words need to take flesh and if they don’t you can end up getting tighter and tighter until you boil over in anger or break down in fear. Wisdom unused is a dead letter, you may be able to advise others from time to time but when things go wrong for yourself you end up in bits. Starting off simple and keeping it simple can lead to break-throughs instead of breakdowns-its taking that first step-over and over again if necessary-that can be the hardest. One of the things I’ve learnt over the years is you can start your day again if things, thoughts get to much-five minutes deep breathing in nearest bathroom and a quick wash of the face does it for me.
